Cancellation, Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

Cancellation

We understand sometimes it can be tempting to make a purchase impulsively and you may want to change your mind. We respect it!

Orders once placed are eligible for cancellations until confirmed and initiated for processing. As all our orders are MTOs, we do not accept cancellations once the product is sent for processing. Ideally, we suggest you cancel your order within 8 hours of placing the order. Thanks!

Returns & Refunds

While it’s unfortunate to see you return your order, please “Click here” to initiate your return. Fill out the form with all the information to initiate a request.

Our support team shall get in touch with you within 24 hours (working days) to confirm the return and issue a return label/code along with further instructions.

We accept returns for all products within 7 days (incl. weekends and holidays) from the date of delivery/ order fulfilment for items that are new, unworn and in resalable condition.

We have a standard quality assurance for all the products but, if you have received a defective or a wrong product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label i.e. no cost shall be borne by the customer.

In any other case, the customer is liable to bear the return expense for the product. If the return is accepted and a refund is to be issued, the customer shall receive money in the source account in case of prepaid orders and a store credit/gift voucher in case of COD. No cash/ amount shall be credited to COD orders origin due to regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund for items that are damaged, worn or altered in any way but still provide an option to return it to you at your expense and if you choose not to proceed with the return, we will dispose it off or give it to charity responsibly. 

Examples of products that cannot be resold

  1. Product/s with stains, tears or rips
  2. Product/s with strong odour (smoke, perfume etc.)
  3. Tags, packaging, vouchers etc. sent along with product

No returns/ refunds shall be accepted in case of products purchased using vouchers/ promo codes, during sale or any other event sale. In case if the return request is accepted the refund will be processed within 15 days (incl. weekends and holidays) to the source account.

Exchanges

We provide hassle free exchange for all products within 7 days (incl. weekends and holidays) from the date of delivery/order fulfilment for items which are new, unworn and in resalable condition. Please “Click here” to initiate an exchange and fill out all the information.

Exchanges shall be provided only in 2 cases

  1. Product/s received is defective or incorrect item delivered- order shall be exchanged free of cost
  2. Product size is wrong- Return to store and back to customer shall be charged to the customer after our support team has verified the product is in resalable condition. Examples of products that cannot be resold
    • Product/s with stains, tears or rips
    • Product/s with strong odour (smoke, perfume etc.)
    • Tags, packaging, vouchers etc. sent along with product
