Prepaid Orders: We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹699. A minimal fee of ₹59 only is applicable on orders below ₹699.

COD Orders: For COD orders, an additional charge of ₹99 is applicable on orders above ₹699 and ₹149 is applicable for orders below ₹699. Our aim is to provide great quality in affordable pricing and logistics in India is one hurdle we found in achieving that goal. Analyzing the distrust Indian Customers have for new brands while shopping online, they charge hefty amount for COD and with each shipment which is cancelled on delivery, their profit doubles. Outcome is that Indian Brands have to increase their product price and in the name of free shipping, they also try to get some advantage out of it. This is the reason you will get comparable quality products but at double the price at other stores. Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we process the order within 12 to 36 hours (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & National holidays).

Our fulfilment team may contact for confirmation in case details furnished are not satisfactory and collect required information failing which, we reserve the right to reject the order.

Order Tracking

All order statuses can be checked on the website for real time updates.

Customers will simultaneously receive an email for order confirmation, processing, dispatch and successful delivery.

Order Fulfilment

We put in effort to fulfil orders within the stipulated time. We request 4-5 working days to fulfil the order. “Sureven” has partnered with multiple vendors to fulfil all orders within the stated time as per agreed contracts.

This may vary and we do not promise or guarantee delivery ETAs as those are estimates based on normal scenarios. All our orders are dispatched from the warehouse and based on distance, delivery schedule and partners available, fulfillment is estimated and conveyed to the customers basis the address provided by you. No additional claims, refund, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted in case of order delay. 

We urge our customers to understand that delivery is affected due to multiple factors such as weather, place of delivery ( north east- takes 7 days minimum fulfilment time), availability of stock etc. We try our best to inform the customer well in advance and keep them informed but are not liable for any other aspect once the order has been dispatched from our store.
